Kempen-Broek is corona friendly in 3 ways:

• If you need to cancel because of a stricter lockdown than at the time of the reservation, you will be refunded in full. Terms and Conditions apply.
• We accommodate only ONE group (your group) at a time. This means that no one else will be in common spaces such as the swimming pool, toilets and corridors. Hence, fewer chances of infection.
• We expanded our in-house entertainment with a game hall and larger party room. Therefore there are fewer reasons to go out, and less risk of infection. There are extensive gardens for outside dining with the entire group, sun loungers, two private terraces suitable for private sun tanning, covered seating with a fire table and overhead heating, bbq/picnic, a swimming pool suitable for parties with Sonos sound system, swimming pool accessories such as 50 noodles, 10 floating boards, 30 floating balls, 3 super-sized floating rings, tennis court, pool table, 10.000 square meter playground, pinball machine, ping pong table, air hockey, darts, shuffleboard, cross-trainer, and tower game. Our party room has a large screen B&O TV, powerful B&O sound system and Playstation with “Just Dance”, “Fortnite”, “Crash” and finally an indoor dining/meeting room. There is more home entertainment than anywhere else! With all it entertainment possibilities inside and outside we made our Villa extremely suitable for long stay adult groups and families, both in sunny weather and when it rains. Everything is free and corona safer than having to go out for entertainment.

Book with us for a truly exclusive experience: we only accept one group at a time. The large swimming pool is clean and the water crystal clear. There is no need to reserve the tennis court: the tennis court is available for you at all times. The same goes for all the other entertainment amenities. Of course, that also goes for the large living room, kitchens and dining hall. Your group’s privacy and safety is guaranteed behind the gates of this exclusive fenced estate.

We welcome parties!

• We have a dedicated large party room with a 65 inch B&O screen TV and top of the line B&O 5-point sound system. We also have a 140 Watt per speaker and 280 Watt subwoofer!
• Pool parties are fine too: play your own music via our Sonos sound system. A separate side room offers a place to mix your drinks. We provide strong plastic glasses to use safely in the pool area.
• The beautifully laid out gardens and the 6000 square meter playground offer yet more party opportunities. Think garden parties, bonfires, open air drinks, and whatever event you plan. In case the weather turns against you, you move under the covered terrace in front of the indoor pool or in the pool itself.
• Conditions: keep the music strictly inside, doors closed, only use our music systems and do not bring  outside musical instruments or electronics such as speakers as you may disturb the neighbors or blow the fuses! Clean up very well after your party. You lose your € 500 if you do not abide by these rules.

Location

The Villa is located on the shore of the IJzeren Man Lake in Weert and at the entrance of the Kempen-Broek National Park.

There are lots of nature, hiking, (quad) biking possibilities and lots of entertainment for adults and kids right on the lake where we are. Our historical town Weert offers lots of shopping, a Saturday Market and a multitude of restaurants, pubs and bars is just 3 kilometers away.
